Life Savior! I tried many times to quit smoking but could not do it by myself. Tried other products but nothing worked for me except this Nicorette product. I found this flower to be the longest lasting and most effective. So wonderful not to smoke any more!

I love this gum, I love the flavor so much. Im not a former smoker, I use it because there is a study that nicotine might actually help treat ulcerative colitis. So I chew two at a time bc the gum is so small, two just feels better in my mouth. I chew it till it tingles and then I park it behind/between my front teeth instead of between my cheek and gums, that way I never get any discomfort there like others have said. I think the flavor is incredible, probably bc regular gum has too much flavor, it grosses me out. Anyways havent tried the off brands yet, I can't comment on comparing them, but I m a huge fan of the nicorette ice mint. Doesnt even make me dizzy or anything its just like better tasting normal gum that could potentially have health benefits. You shouldnt chew two like me if this stuff males you feel sick, I have an abnormally high tolerance for everything so I dont feel anything when I chew two.

its so gross, not for me. i tried patches too but those made me sick even at super low doses. i just had to still with zyns for now, the gum made me feel sick and i just dont gum in general and having to spit out the saliva constantly so i dont swallow the nicotine juice. im sure its great for some people that love gum, but yeah. it just didnt work for me sorry
