It took me a couple of days of experimenting to get the look I wanted, but I am happy with this paste. It's not heavily fragranced and is easy to manipulate. I have short, thick hair and it works like a charm to spike and texturize. The price can't be beat. It's an overall win for me.

I have fairly thick hair and my barber is always having to thin and texturize my hair after every cut. The one thing that I was never able to find was a product that gave me a tussled messy look that lasted throughout the day. I was always trying products that would either be too heavy (thus leaving my hair very flat looking) or too light (leaving my hair either flaky with product or unstyled).But I've finally found a product that is cheap and works well with my hair.All I have to do is dry my hair thoroughly, apply the product to my dry fingers and palms while rubbing, and work the product through my hair from the roots to the tips and the paste gives you all day hold that you can restyle throughout the day without losing the product on your hands.When you're done using the product, simply wash your hands with warm soap and water and it's all gone. For those of you who are like me, a water-soluble product is a HUGE plus. Simply wash with soap and water once.

My hair needs some oomph and I like to have odd pieces from layers stand iut for an unstructured messy look. This works for me. It makes it easy to perk up your hair again, too, it lets you shape it and have some body without make it crunchy or stiff like mousse or hairspray does.

This has been my go to hair product for years. Great for styling short to medium hair or helping tame longer hair. Doesn't give that brittle stiffness like gels. Also the scent is very mild and does not smell like a bunch of chemicals. Great product and reasonable price especially if you can catch it on sale! Put a small amount on your fingertips and rub them together so it is very thin coat and then run fingers through your hair to lift and shape to your desired style. It does not take much for all day hold!

I have experimented with many different types of products marketed as paste type products and left with sticky hands and unstructured hair.THIS ONE IS SO DIFFERENTGot2b Inplay Hair Paste is so versatile and such a well rounded hair product, I don't think there's anything I can't do!I would personally recommend to apply a small amount at a time and working it between your hands for 30 seconds or so to "warm up" the product before placing it directly in your hair, and then style up, down, sideways or any way in between.It has a nice fragrance, but it is bold, which is something to keep in mind if you are sensitive to strong aromas of any type.I like this product because it leaves my hair with a natural matte finish and it does't dry stiff, so I can play with it throughout the day.However, it is strong enough to keep it's hold all day long without complications or having to worry about it falling flat.My favorite use for this product is creating a sexy bed head look, and my girlfriend loves it too.I'm a big fan of the packaging of this product, and if you own any other products in the Got2b Inplay line you would know that they are stack-ablefor easier storage. It's sleek with it's gray and black design and I couldn't expect more out of such an amazing product.

The product was shrinking from the edges and is a bit of a yellow color. Whereas the original product is more of a whitish silver color plus the packaging was broken, and I was going to use this as a gift. Returned it.
