The cold pack was completely dry and tested at 100°+. This was an Bolo problem, not the senders. We have enjoyed these in the UK many times and brought home ourselves without negative results. This is a great product.

The biscuits arrived well packed and protected, very pleased with them, they go well with tea or coffee, well anytime really. Just as good as I remember them

I have bought this product in England and the U.S. and it usually is pretty good. This time, however it was terrible. Very soggy and fell apart as I picked it up. I am very disappointed and will not buy this again online. I urge others not to make the mistake I did. Unfortunately, I still have two boxes left. Terrible.

An excellent product, I luv ‘em! But not quite five stars - these must have been stored in a warm place and some of the chocolate had softened and stuck a few of the biscuits together. If that happens just pry them apart and enjoy them. They are just as good.

I wrote another review about McVites Tea Biscuits; which I wouldn't buy again. Those biscuits have increased palm oil and it now leaves a greasy film inside the mouth. No thanks.The Mcvities Milk Chocolate Digestives still taste great, and although they contain some palm oil, the company has not increased the amount of palm oil YET, so there is no greasy film left inside the mouth. I'd definitely buy thse biscuits now, before the company decides to add more palm oil to their receipe to save a couple of shekels.RIGHT NOW these cookies taste good. Given that the Company is willing to sabotage the quality of the cookies, I'd still be a buyer of these cookies, but I am now buying these in VERY SMALL quantities in case the company decides to kill the great taste.

I love these biscuits, but they need better packaging! there are lots of broken and crumbled biscuits in the packs.
