Love, love, love. As an biger woman, it works for chaffing. I also run a lot and and use under arms to prevent chaffing, I use under bra line and stops chaffing. Overall, fantastic quality, doesn't harm my skin, easy application, not greasy, and durable, last the longest out of anything I've ever tried

This Friction Defense works perfectly to stop my CPAP nasal pillow mask from cutting up the area under my nose.I also use it on my mouth area because I fully tape my mouth. The tape (Cover Roll-stretch) still sticks all night, but now removes so easily.I used to use Aloe Vera Gel for this, but it stopped working, but this Gold Bond Friction Defense is a CPAP-wearer Skin Saver!

Like most screw up products, such as deodorant. Those things you twist a little dial to get them to emerge from their cocoon, there’s not much in there after you twist a lot of times to get it to the point where you’re gonna use it. But it does work. And that’s important. I like it. I will keep ordering it. As long as it doesn’t get more expensive because zinc oxide pretty much works the same. This is just easier to apply.

I have been struggling with chafing since I got into my 2nd trimester of pregnancy, now at almost 32 weeks I found this anti friction bar and it is my livelihood allowing me to do things that I was literally disabled from due to horrible chafing in my thighs. I apply it a few times a day and it has worked so well. I even applied it to already chafed skin with no issues with burning or anything which is a huge plus! I don’t need to wear anti-chafing undergarments anymore which for me is a huge win since I’m so hot all the time! 10/10 would recommend!

This is a really effective product. I only started running recently, and I noticed the chafing between my thighs was really bad. I started using this and almost immediately the redness went away!The size is great-it works just like a roll on deodorant would so lasts a lot longer than you’d think. The scent is mild but pleasant, and overall I think it’s a really useful product.
