I’ve taken Bolo’s Acetaminophen PM and ZZZQuil capsules (the ones you have to cut out) for a long time. They began to take longer to put me to sleep, and I began waking four or five hours later. This was true for all sleep medications, including prescription Ambien. The Liquid ZZZquill puts me to sleep faster, and I stay asleep longer. After one order of the Liquid ZZZQuil Liquid, and I’ve ordered two more. I wondered if alternating the ZZZQuil Liquid with the Acetaminophen PM would trick my body into sleeping better. My doctor has said most older women have problems sleeping. My husband sleeps the whole night through with nothing other than a clear conscience.

I was flying for 15 hours and thought this would help me sleep, but the flavor was so strong, I felt pretty nauseous within a half hour… not sleepy because I kept trying not to get sick. Don’t recommend for sensitive tummy type people. Instead I discovered melatonin on my trip, so grateful!

Fast acting for me and I found the flavor to be pleasant. It like other reviews, reminds me of cough syrup. I will definitely purchase again but in the larger sizes for the better price point.

Has good flavor, but because I find it a little sweet, I have to swish a little water chaser to shut down the drooling. But, it certainly fulfils its purpose and 15 minutes after use, I am asleep. Great product.
