This is my 4th Pelikan. Currently, in my collection, I own the M100, M150, M600, and M800.Of all the fountain pens I own, Pelikans are my go to pens. They are absolutely dependable and consistent. I can always count on the Pelikans performing.I ordered the fine nib. I wish Pelikan made a medium/fine nib. The medium is a little too wet and thick for my preference, and the fine is a little finer than I like.Visually, I love the Pelikans. I prefer the thicker and heftier pens. Therefore, my favorite out of my Pelikan collection is the M800. The M600 is still on the lighter side for my preference. The pen itself is beautiful and I love the piston filling system. I find that I can travel on long flights without my Pelikan fountains leaking due to the air pressure difference. Pelikans are the only pens I will travel with for that reason.This isn't my favorite Pelikan, but still a fantastic pen.
