I was using deodorant soaps like main name brands, forgot all about ivory from when I was a kid till I saw it on here on Bolo so I decided to try it I love it now none of those heavy smells residue or anything left behind after I take a bath for a shower would highly recommend Ivory soap is the way to go

Best bar soap and best price ever! It is mild, non irritating and great for my face. I don't need expensive facial washes. I have been using Ivory for 40 years for bath and face. A nephew had acne and started using Ivory which improved his skin without irritation. Thank you Ivory!

I read that the original Ivory bar soap was discontinued in 2023. This new version does not float. It sinks in water. It still cleans really well, but it is very drying to the skin. I have sensitive skin, and even though it is drying, this soap does not irritate my sensitive skin. I don't get a rash from using it. This soap does not have a strong fragrance.The soap that I got on here has the word, Ivory, carved into it. But I got this same soap elsewhere, and it did not have the word, Ivory, carved into it. That is strange.I have some bars left of the original Ivory bar soap. The older soap bars have completely different ingredients, and they float in water. The older version is gentler to the skin, and it is not quite as drying. It is more pure. I have been using Ivory Soap my whole life, and I wish they would go back to making the original version.

Good Basic Bar Soap
Ivory soap has been a favourite in our home for many years. It has a light scent and is a good basic bar soap without a lot of added heavy scents and skin softeners. The bars are pretty square, I think a curved shape like another popular brand would be easier to hang onto.
