I did not realize with a name faces Canada that it would be manufactured elsewhere. This is an problem in that the pencil arrived wrapped in multiple layers of self sticking white labels. It was wrapped so tightly that I was unable to get to the actual product to use it. I returned it unopened and frustrated with myself and the manufacturer. For this reason one star.

I tried this eye pencil for the rich emerald green color. I found that when I tested it on white paper, the color was beautiful emerald green. However, when used on skin, I noticed depending on the skin tone, the green color appeared different tones ranging from green to turquoise.
