Looks very nice, silver and black is always a winner. The leather band looks great. It's the same thickness and size like most of my other time pieces. Japan made quartz movement works well. Citizen watches are known as accurate and long lived. The finish is nice and polished. The dial is very ledgeable, the size is large enough. The dial soaks up light and is bright to see at night. I like it!

This is a quality, stylish, and reasonably priced everyday watch that could also serve as a dress watch. Unlike many expensive watches, the date window on this watch is large enough to read without the help of a magnifying glass, and it gives you the day AND date to boot. Setting the day and date is easy IF you READ the setting instructions first. So far it has kept perfect time with my atomic watch and computer clock. While the watchband (made in Thailand) is of medium quality (I wonder how long it will last), it is padded and wears comfortably on the wrist. Citizen also makes a similar looking watch that has numbers on the face and a red second hand. However, you'll pay more for that . . . go figure.

There's not a lot to say about this watch. What you see is what you get. I purchased a Citizen Eco Drive (BM8180-54A) over two years ago and I'm still very happy with it. I wanted a more formal black-faced watch to wear when I dress up for work and social events. I'm glad I dug a little deeper than usual, as this item is not available through Bolo fulfillment (no Prime shipping). However, Bright Mountain delivery was prompt and inexpensive. So far, I am very pleased with the watch. It's difficult to find a quality timepiece at this price point. This watch is not flashy and is unlikely to draw much attention. It is a conservative, refined design. The face and day/date function make the watch very easy to read. As the other reviewer mentioned, the band is very sturdy and well padded. Another impressive detail: the second hand is well aligned with the markers. I have seen very few inexpensive quartz watches (including my other Citizen) get this right. I have had some bad luck with other brands in this price range. To get the quality of a brand I trust and the classic, simple style of this model at this price is a steal.

This Citizens watch is authentic and great quality! I am a woman who loves a beautiful timepiece and men's watches tend to make a statement as woman's timepieces tend to be tiny. This Citizens does not disappoint. Classy and classic in everyway! Love the leather band too as its not to stiff and the hands luminate green. Great shipping as it arrived one week early in the brands box with warranty.

I tend to prefer a more classic look to a watch - leather strap, non-cluttered dial, easy to read, no sub-dials that I don't use... and this Citizen gives me all that with a modern movement and at a reasonable price. It's a handsome watch that can either be dressy or casual and complement just about anything you wear or any mood. It's become my everyday watch. Delivery via Prime was its usual quick self and I give the entire watch and transaction 5 stars. I got exactly what I was expecting and more.note: the luminous hands and dial are really bright and will even catch the eye in daylight after exposure to the sun, which has generated a fair amount of attention to the watch. I like it a lot, but it is something to be aware of.
