I keep Oscillococcinum in our medicine cabinet for cold/flu season and reach for it at the very first sign of feeling run down—chills, body aches, and fatigue. It’s easy to take (no water needed) and the tiny pellets dissolve quickly. For me, it’s been most helpful when I start it early, and it feels like it supports a smoother recovery. I also like that the boxes are convenient to keep in a bag for travel. I also give it to my kids, and we’re very happy with it. Overall, a good staple to have on hand during the winter months.

Within 30 minutes, I noticed relief, and it didn’t make me drowsy. The small pellets are easy to take, and my stomach felt fine and had no smell or taste. Only downside: 6 doses may not last if symptoms linger (which they have more available doses, this is just what I picked). Overall, a convenient, gentle option for mild flu symptoms. Would recommend to anyone looking for a non-drowsy, homeopathic alternative.
