I continued to contact the sellers, to please wrap the jars in bubble wrap, and requested they put a sturdy piece of card board to separate each jar. They did exactly as I requested. Every jar was individually wrapped, in a cushioned bubble wrap envelope there after! I’ve never received another damaged jar again.I was hesitant about reordering the glass jars. Because they had broken against each other the first time I order! So I was only ordered 1 jar at a time in my beginning order’s, to assure it would arrive safely! I knew honey was good for you but I didn't know the difference between regular "commercial" honey and raw honey. I actually purchased it for making homemade creams. Since I didn't know much, I started looking into it and this is what I found:Based on my "research", the majority of honey that you buy at a store is made to be spreadable through pasteurization. During the pasteurization of that honey, the yeast and enzymes are partially killed to make it appear more "appealing" to the customer, and eases the processes of bottling it for purchasing it on the shelf. The commercial honey is easier to spread because it's been processed to prevent fermentation... This can cause problems if left on the shelf for a long time. The pasteurization also causes it to taste different.* On that note, I do have to tell you that I was spreading this on my son's toast the other morning and when I wasn't looking, he scooped a big spoon of it out of the jar and shoved it in his mouth. The face he made was hilarious!! He has never tried raw honey and told me that it is the sweetest honey he has ever had. He said that, although, it was good it was WAY too overwhelming in such a large dose. Hahaha. He did agree that a tiny amount is much better than a spoonful. This is MUCH different than the honey he has been used to eating, which at times has consisted of him sucking it out of a straw.Ok, so back to my amateur research... I found out that eating raw honey is healthier because it is alkalizing in the body. It's qualities are similar to that of fruit and can be used to aid indigestion, relieve nausea, and give you a bit of energy. When you buy raw honey, you can expect to see a speck here and there because it is not processed to remove everything. So you may see tiny bits of honeycomb, bee wings, or something of that sort. This doesn't mean it's "dirty", it means it's legitimately raw. (Which is a good thing.) I have to tell you that when I read the reviews before, I was VERY worried about what to expect. I almost didn't buy this... but now I'm glad I did.I'm attaching some pictures to show you the crystallization. I love this stuff. Tastes awesome, lasts indefinitely, as little processing as is feasible. And the price is unbeatable.If you don't know, this stuff is thick like putty, almost solid. Don't expect anything else. It's normal for what it is. Nothing is wrong, the comments are boggling.You can't really spread this on wonderbread. You can however spread it on good bread and especially when it's toasted. But it's best to just grab a chunk with your spoon and stick the spoon in your tea while it steeps. By the time it's done steeping, the honey has dissolved. If you must have it more fluid-like, you can heat it up (put it in something like a ramekin, put that into a bowl of really hot water). But for that I just get runny honey, which I rarely use, except to add to some Greek Yogurt sometimes.Anyway, this stuff is great.UPDATE 2023 - honey went up in price in general. I went and tried a bunch of other brands. I was disappointed at every step and am now going back to this. The flavor is unparalleled, the thickness is just more convenient (on everything except greek yogurt - you gotta go with either runny or you need to heat this up). I should have never strayed.

When it came the honey was all over inside the box, it was wrapped in plastic and plastic seal covering the top but no seal to the actual container. Also didn’t like the container coming in plastic but I transferred it into a glass one, besides those 2 things it does look, taste, and consistency like the real deal.Update: this is not unpasteurized honey as it may say on label

In the description of this honey, a price is announced everywhere for 7.6 Kg while I only received one jar of 1.36 Kg (3.0 lbs). We are far from the weight announced.In Canada this is called deceptive advertising and it is illegal.I would have liked to email Bolo to discuss it but due to the fact that this product is not returnable the system is blocking me and I couldn't find any way to do it. (I do not intend to return the product but only get the advertised quantity for which I have already paid.)It's very frustrating not being able to easily communicate with Bolo (which is the seller in this case) and it calls into question the pleasure of placing orders as I have done for several years.I don't know about the other customers, but in my case it turns me off a lot to place new orders if at the slightest problem there is no way to communicate with them.A doubly disappointed customer.-------------------------Dans la description de ce miel on annonce partout un prix pour 7,6 Kg alors que je n'ai reçu qu'un seul pot de 1,36 Kg (3.0 lbs).
