This tastes like caramel. I love that this is a much more nutritious form of sugar. Minimally processed means that it retains all the bit and and minerals and it tastes so good!

This rapadura is made from evaporated cane juice, so I think it’s the most pure ‘sugar’ you can get. I don’t use sugar regularly, but sometimes I need some where maple syrup or honey won’t do! It acts like sugar in baked goods, is better quality than just white sugar, and tastes kind of like caramel!

Loved this product! Had to put it in the food processor to break up the brick but I don’t mind that at all and it’s worth the extra step. Love the health benefits of rapadura compared to processed cane sugar. I made a corn bread and banana bread so far with this - both came out delicious!

This is my second time ordering this sugar, first time was great quality. This time, the box came damaged and the sugar is as hard as a brick. So disappointed I paid $13 for unusable, unrefundable sugar!

Very disappointed in this sugar. It was very fine and DRY and lumpy. It tastes way too sweet from the box and yet doesn't sweetened stuff very well. Wholesome Succrant tastes much better. Won't buy again. Don't care for the smell either.

I have for a while been switching [ or at least trying to switch] away from highly processed food stuffs.Until recently when i went in search of an alternative sweetener for baking i didn't know this was available at all so decided to give it a try.I'm so glad i found rapadura not only does it taste great but it is far more natural and still contains all of its natural nutrients .The taste is a little different ,but for me at least i prefer it.
