I believe I first tried this glue when it came with a replacement cv boot for a car I was working on. I was impressed that the glue was durable and flexible enough to be used to bond the seam on the urethane rubber boot, so I began using it for other purposes as well and found it to be exceptionally versatile and generally equal to or better than the other type of superglue for almost all applications. I think it is less brittle and less prone to cracking then regular superglue and that seems to be the main advantage. Also, based on what some of the other reviews said, it is also uniquely useful for bonding silicone.The drying time is similar to other cyanoacrylate based glues - very fast, especially on your fingers. The consistency is a little thicker than water thin superglue, but it is not as thick as gel superglue. Although, I have had a bottle that thickened up with age to the point where it was about the consistency of gel superglue.Like most superglue, you need to be careful to clean the end before putting the lid back on otherwise it can get to the point where the bottle is unusable (or you have to poke a needle in to get the glue to come out).It is a solid choice for first aid superglue. I've used it for that a lot (along with ribbon or masking tape). I've also had success using it for tile repair, repairing nylon plastic parts (including full submersion parts in a dishwasher), repairing cracked muck boots, and many other applications.

This Loctite glue is great. Got this over normal Loctite glues because needed to mount something outdoors where temperatures on the surface(granite) can reach almost 200F in summer and have experienced it now down to -10F.Has held up just fine.Only warning: when using, wear gloves. I did not. Spilled some onto my fingers and it came off with some of my skin...

Works much better than Super glue. I gave only used it to glue two pieces of vinyl (edge to edge). I held it together for about 30 seconds and it is still holding after about 6 months.The product is just as thin as Super Glue, but it works much better.The downsize is that it hardened in the bottle (just like Super Glue) after I went back to use it about 3 months later. ☹️
