Fits great and is easily adjustable to changes in hairstyles or growing kiddos. This is a replacement due to the old one protecting her so well in a fall. Thank OV for giving us safety and comfort in a quality helmet.

This is for my young daughter and she really likes it and it fits her well and because it has a ratchet adjust band in the back it will grow with her for a little while.

It can be very hard to find an affordable, high quality helmet for a very small head, but this one fits the bill nicely. This one must be inspired by the Equi Theme helmet which is similar but with a price tag in excess of $200 and shipping from the UK required as they are no longer available in the states. This helmet is a excellent substitute. It is nearly as comfortable as a baseball cap and my daughter and I have nearly gotten into the car and worn it into grocery stores after a day at the barn because it is so comfortable. I highly recommend this style and brand. Just an excellent product.

We bought the light blue helmet for my 8-year-old son. It looks great. We got him a M/L, after reading some of the reviews, even though his head size is 54.5 cm/21.5 inches. The helmet itself fit him perfectly right out of the box. I asked my husband to adjust his strap and he mistakenly thought I meant to adjust the helmet. He dialed it down, and it wouldn't even go on my son's head. So there's definitely a wide range the M/L size will fit, for anyone who's wondering which size to get for a child who's head size is maybe halfway or more into the S/M listed size range, like our son.
