I have only been using it for a couple weeks, but it seems to be working. The taste is terrible, but mixing it with a juice works if you chug it.

I started on this about a month back . This is my second bottle and I mix it with beet juice and lemon juice it really taste pretty good. I have so much energy and my blood sugar has been amazing. My fading BS runs >200 and since I have started drinking this twice a day it has been so amazing. I can’t wait to see what my A1c is going to be. There has to be a way the this stuff can be approve bu the FDA or really works. With the pandemic I have not had labs drawn in 8 months. This is the first time I am looking forward to them being drawn. I have been a nurse for more than 40 years and this is the first non medication I have seen that truly works. I HATE METFORMIN , the side effect are horrible . Sorry to go on so long I just love this stuff .

I have juiced with bitter melons, and the juice in this bottle appears to be more bitter than the juice I get from juicing with a Champion Juicer, which Bolo sells. I know that my juice at home is not pasteurized. I do not know if this juice is pasteurized or not. If it is, I believe it is not as potent as juicing the gourd at home. Bitter Melon is used to control blood sugars in larger dosages than what is recommended on the bottle, and for good health to your various important organs. I was very surprised how thick the juice is compared to what I make with my Champion Juicer from the melons themselves. On the bottle, it states there are no additives. I am very happy with this product and would recommend it to my friends. My sister uses it also.On the other hand, I have found if my blood sugars go up to 200 mg/dl. I then take 8 ounces of bitter lemon and find that within 1 1/2 hour that the blood sugars are in the normal range. This is better and faster than taking a shot of fast acting insulin. I have not tried it with this product because it is too expensive to do it. I would run out of Bitter Melon in a few days at the rate that I take the juice as compared in a small quart bottle. I wanted it for a backup if I get lazy in not juicing. I have not tried other brands of Bitter Melon Juice, but it appears from the bitter taste that it seems ok to me. It is convenient in buying it because you do not have to slit the melons and take out the seeds, and then put it down the snout of the Champion Juicer Machine, and then clean it afterwards. However, the pure juice that I make appears to have a good effect on me more than what is in the bottle because I take more of it. The bottle contents only recommend 2 ounces daily before a meal. If you take a lot of bitter melon juice, and you are a diabetic, your blood sugars could go to dangerous hypoglycemic levels. Such is why, they in all probability only recommend two ounces a day with meals.For diabetics, this juice is a drug, and works well, but you must know how much you can take before you get into the danger zone of being hypoglycemic!!!!!! Normally, I take three ounces of my squeezed juice, three times a day along with Lantus and a shot now and then of Humalog 3 units. Most doctors, unless they are Japanese, or Filipino, do not know of the good effects of Bitter Melon. At this stage, I really don't know in buying it ready made is just as good as buying Bitter Melon at a Filipino Market, Armenian Market or a Japanese Market and juicing it at home. Such is my take.This juice was purchased from Bolo.

I'm pretty sure it was spoiled. Maybe it's just awful. I can't tell for sure. I normally juice my own, and although it is not a pleasant taste, it is not putrid. As well, the package was crushed and mangled. I wouldn't purchase this again.

I mixed it in w/ my hair conditioner..1/5 cup in hair product n apply it before bed and leave on overnight..3 days & I'm seeing less gray hairI ♥️ IT

Awful taste & poor value for money
Very expensive and tastes awful. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Very disappointed and wished I hadn't placed the order.
