By using this prepaid phone card, you consent to the terms, conditions, rates and charges. Minute value applies to U.S. domestic calls only, International rates are higher. A surcharge not to exceed 35 minutes applies to pay phone calls, some of which compensates pay phone providers. One minute billing increments and partial minutes used are billed as full minutes. Rates may be higher for calls to/from mobile phones. Recharge minutes may have different rates. Card value expires 365 days after activation, recharge, or last use.
Card can't be used for toll-free calls, calls for paid services with premium charges or for operated-handled calls. Directory Assistance rates are higher than U.S. domestic rates. Service provider makes no warranties and its liability is limited per service guide. Any disputes arising from purchase or use of this card are settled by arbitration.
Card may be terminated without notice if fraud is suspected.

If you don't make enough calls or go over the allotted minutes you have to pay either a penalty or a premium for that. I got sick of the constant fluctuating long distance charges and ditched VZ long distance. This card will pay for itself in no time with savings from my former long distance carrier.Note: This card is especially useful if you live in a where a lot of nearby cities and towns are considered long distance.I will probably never use 1200 minutes in a year...but it's nice to have access to them. USACELLS has great customer service and you can count on them for assistance if needed---Highly recommended.

Card arrived promptly and works as expected. Audio quality seems to be very good. Please be aware that the expiration date is extended for one year each time the card is used. Seller very helpful when I had a question. Can be recharged as needed. Using with a landline for occasional long-distance calls. Saves me about $30/month on my phone bill.

I always need a calling card because I spend the summer in the Adirondack Mountains and I work from there during the week. Cell phone connections are not always good. This is the worst card I have ever had, I have to dial it 3 or 4 times to get it to accept the pin code. I know not to hit the numbers too fast but it always says it is wrong and cannot connect the call when I haven't even dialed the phone number yet. It's ridiculous and frustrating so half the time I prefer to struggle with the cell phone. There is a person to contact that came with the card and I emailed them to tell them what is happening and never heard back.I don't know who is actually selling these but don't buy it unless you like to be frustrated!

This is a gift phone card for a group of nuns. They use it and are very happy to have it.The problem I have is trying to connect with A T & T to add minutes. It is very difficult to do so via phone or online. A T & T needs to upgrade their customer service regarding pre-paid phone cards.

Ordered this for my son traveling out of town that will not have cell phone access. Received it on day expected it to come. I did a test call to make sure it worked. You simply dial the 1-800 number on back and enter the given code and then dial desired phone number. Fast, easy and I feel like a good value for the money.

The instructions state this card may expire one year after 1st use, one year after recharging and one year after last use. The expiration times are very ambiguous. Several other things can cause it to expire after a year from said reason. Just read it well to be sure it fits your needs. I bought it thinking it never expires. I read the descriptions of too many cards and got this one confused with another card. I'll worry about the expiration if and when it happens. I'll write a new review if I have any problems when using the card. I'm not going to use it until I NEED it so I doesn't expire sooner than necessary. Read the time saving instruction sheet that come with the card.

Having friends and family overseas, this card is very important to me. Especially if you travel, or have friends or family you keep in touch with all over the country, or the world, this card is affordable but invaluable.

It was hard shopping for the right kind of calling card. Most stores carry calling cards that work with contracts and also are non-refundable. I didn't want to risk buying the wrong card. I trusted I was buying the right calling card mostly because the images of a landline and payphone. The delivery was extremely fast and if I needed to buy again I would.
