I love these iron pills because they are pretty and although they are not coated they still are easy to swallow. So you can take one at a time or two at a time and they go down pretty easy. They definitely seem to help. I take them because I give blood and used to be told I was low on iron. However taking these, I never had sex video with my iron levels are perfect.

I’ve been using Nature’s Bounty Iron 65mg (325mg Ferrous Sulfate) for about two weeks now, and I’m already noticing a difference. I was feeling low on energy before starting these, and since taking one tablet daily, I’ve felt more alert and less fatigued.The tablets are a good size not too big and I haven’t experienced any major stomach upset or nausea. I take mine with food, and that seems to help with digestion. So far, no constipation either, which I was a little worried about.This bottle contains 100 tablets, which is a great value and will last quite a while. I also trust the Nature’s Bounty brand for quality vitamins and supplements.Pros:Noticeable energy boostNo stomach issues so farGood value (100 tablets)Easy to takeCons:None so far, but will keep monitoringDefinitely worth trying if your doctor recommends iron supplements. Product arrived fast and packaged well. Needed to boost up my iron intake since I’m not eating red meat as much and I’m also on a caloric deficit so I’m limit ones on how much food I can eat. This helped with my energy levels as well since if iron levels are low so is your energy.
