Since I started using after washing my hair, my hair seems to feel healthier and I don't have to get it trimmed nearly as often, I have fine hair and this doesn't weight my hair down at all.

Overall its a good product for those who have lighter to medium hair. The product is light, so it won't weigh your hair down. However, for those with thicker hair it may be too light for your needs as it will only be enough for a few hours. For the few hours that it does last, it does offer good moisturization and hydration for my curls! Overall, I did like the product, but I think I'm going to look for something more suitable for my thicker hair next time.
