This refreshing drink made with two-&-a-half Tablespoonsful of Lemon Barley Water, diluted with one cup of plain water, is what my husband enjoys all day long throughout the year instead of the recommended eight glasses of water a day, as he dislikes the taste of water. He prefers that the drink be sweeter, so we add three packets of Spenda to each glassful. Lemons, we hear, not only give Vitamin C, but have properties 10,000 times stronger than Adriamycin, a cancer drug, and may have a protective effect against developing cancer.
