I was happy to see it at a reasonable price on Bolo. My ordered arrived on time and was packaged well. This pudding taste amazing if you like coconut that is. It’s easy to use and there are so many fun summer recipes that call for this pudding. I would recommend this purchase

I love lemon pudding. I do this a little differently than most people. What I do is separate the egg the yolk goes into the pudding. In another bowl I beat the egg whites and when the pudding is done I them put the egg whites in with the pudding and beat the egg white mixture till smooth. You could use a egg beater if you desire.This makes the pudding fluffier. I also when making a pie do these steps but use more egg whites. After putting some of the egg whites into the mixture. I put this into the pie shell then the remaining egg whites on top for the meringue and bake till slightly browned. Very good alternative.

I like the coconut cream Jell-o pudding. It has a good taste. The price is right. I will be ordering it again.

Love it, but costly
I cannot find this product in Ontario Canada so I was happy to find it online. I miss with Greek yogurt to make a healthier option.While I absolutely loved it, I cannot justify the price. I do recommend if you can afford over $25 for three.
