As the title says, I take garlic extract when I take L-Carnitine (great to increase fat metabolism during light cardio). Unfortunately L-Car can cause an increase of TMAO in the gut and it increases risk of cardiovascular diseases. Garlic extract (allicin) modulated the bacteria in the gut and reduces the formation of TMAO.The capsules are tiny and very easy to take, and they're tasteless and have never even caused garlic breath. The brand is well known for its quality.
