The media could not be loaded. This is our go-to chocolate brand for our bakery. We use this white chocolate for making our Dubai filling from scratch. It definitely sets us above all the premade creams! We also use it as one of our enrobing chocolates. I typically also get callebaut white chocolate chips for cookies but if I run out, these are great in a pinch! It’s so creamy and silky smooth! And when tempering, a little bit of heat goes a long way! It’s so cooperative and creates a great flowing texture. Top notch stuff!!

I ordered this in September when it was still quite warm out. The chocolate was shipped with cold packs that were no longer frozen, but it arrived in perfect condition. The chocolate is just what you would expect from this premium chocolatier. There is a world of difference between this white chocolate and the usual white morsels commonly available in grocery stores. This chocolate is expensive and worth every penny.

I needed high quality white chocolate for a specific recipe - mirror glaze for cakes. I personally dislike most white chocolate, I generally find it greasy and sickeningly sweet. This chocolate is neither of those things and find myself snacking on these chips when I need a seeet fix!More than that, when I ordered, the seller immediately contacted me asking if I would prefer an order with a longer shelf life at no extra charge. (I said yes but at this rate they won’t last that long anyway!) A+ customer service and A+ product.Some buyers seemed put off that the order is shipped in a nondescript clear bag with sticker label. This is true, but this is how lots of supplier-direct bulk food comes packaged.

With packages presently taking considerably longer than normal to be delivered across our country, I was very concerned about this chocolate melting enroute.It was in fact delayed in shipment, but their terrific packaging protected it from the brutal heat. I unboxed it with anxious trepidation, found ice packs inside that were fully melted, but when I open the packaging itself everything was in perfect condition and not melted at all.Great product - terrific packaging and care -thank you very much.
