As a professional baker, I use white chocolate on a regular basis as a flavoring in swiss meringue buttercream, and I use Callebaut all the time. This is a large bag, and a good price for this quantity. It melted very well, and it combined well in my buttercream. It taste great and it is one of the best white chocolates.

The media could not be loaded. This is our go-to chocolate brand for our bakery. We use this white chocolate for making our Dubai filling from scratch. It definitely sets us above all the premade creams! We also use it as one of our enrobing chocolates. I typically also get callebaut white chocolate chips for cookies but if I run out, these are great in a pinch! It’s so creamy and silky smooth! And when tempering, a little bit of heat goes a long way! It’s so cooperative and creates a great flowing texture. Top notch stuff!!

callebaut is the best but this was packaged with such care which is so important as the weather gets warmer. there was a styrofoam cooler with plenty of ice packs & a sticker that stated this is a temperature controlled item so that the delivery company would be aware. thank you! will definitely purchase from this seller again

The chocolate is just what you would expect from this premium chocolatier. There is a world of difference between this white chocolate and the usual white morsels commonly available in grocery stores. This chocolate is expensive and worth every penny.
