Good price, great soup, excellent service. TBF, some of the cans arrived dented. The 12 cans seem to be half of a 24 can case. That meant they rolled around in the box. Box was fine, but some cans dented. Although there's a No return policy for this item, Bolo does offer a refund or replacement. They quickly refunded the cost. Yes, I'd have preferred the cans not to be dented, but good Customer Service makes me happy.

Our family is from the UK & love this soup. I ordered 2 packs of 4. It was great to find it available on Bolo cheaper than our local grocery store. However the cans were bashed. Obviously I don’t know if that happened in the sellers’ supply chain or by USPS, but it did take the edge of the surprise I was planning.

My husband loves Heinz tomato soup and it isn’t usually available in our local store so he was happy to find it on Bolo. Delivery was great-it came the next day. Unfortunately 4 of the 12 cans were badly dented (no leaks), but I looked up safety of contents online and the advice was to throw them out. I called Bolo since this was a third party seller and they immediately made the refund. Thanks Bolo. Soup is 5 stars! Minus1 for dented cans.

3 stars as lost starts for the lousy packaging. Heinz Tomato Soup is always 5 stars! Items arrived, although it appeared to be a bit of a miracle the way they were packaged. The box was not well taped and when I lifted it off the porch, I had to hold it carefully to keep it from all falling out of the bottom. Luckily, the cans were contained within a plastic bag, although they were rolling about in it. A box that fit the cans better or securing the cans better within the box would be nice next time.
