This batch does not coat hair as well as previous bottles of this product. I find myself applying much more gel to my hair only to have it not hold as well. The product still works just not as well as previous batches.I’ve been using this product for many many years. I could apply a small amount the size of 2 quarters to my hair and brush through it 30 minutes later and it worked perfectly.

I would add a photo but I don't want to scare anybody away LOL. My hair looks like a cross between a porky pine and a pineapple. Years ago I used to buy aquanet which was cheap and did the trick. It's been gone for many years now and I tried many of the high priced gels that were at best ok. I saw this and said you know lets give it a try. It's inexpensive and looks like it should work. Guess what it did and now I could forget Aquanet. If you have a similar problem this is a must buy
