I came here to say that the plastic covering this eyeliner is the hardest thing to remove out of any makeup I’ve ever purchased. It is so ludicrously difficult to get the plastic off this eyeliner that I spend probably 10 minutes with a knife every time, desperately struggling to get it off.After the hardest battle you will ever face getting to your makeup, your left with some cheap, admittedly decent eyeliner for the price. I’ve bought dozens, probably spent more time opening them than I’ve actually used. They also break a lot, you’ll waste a lot of eyeliner from it breaking off at the slightest bit of pressure.I think 3/5 is fair. Probably 5/5 if they were easier to open. It’s so frustrating that it inspired me to write a review purely out of hatred of this plastic.
