Sometimes I can't find it because it's in a drawer or rolled under my desk. Pen Pal is probably the world's greatest invention for pens. I bought 50 of them to stick around my house and give to some family and friends. No need to look for a pen when you need one. You'll always know where your pen is. I have 3 stuck to my desk and without even looking, I can reach down and grab a pen right under my desk. I can then put it right back in the Pen Pal without taking my eyes off of computer screen or my beautiful wife.Stick one to your fridge. Stick one to the inside of a drawer. Stick one on the side of your toilet. Stick one right on your forehead. You might get funny looks, but you'll know where your pen is! I might actually buy more. They stopped selling them at the local chain office supply store. I hope they aren't going out of business. This is the greatest office invention since the computer. I'd like to thank the person who invented it and the children in China that helped assemble them. Great job guys!

I bought these to attach mallets to my xylophones/metallophones. I've been using them for two months so far and only one has come loose. I reattached with some Gorilla Glue and I think we are good. I store my instruments stacked as shown in the pic, and this is a great way to keep the mallets with their instrument. All music teachers should have these! They are a little pricey for my budget, but the Bolo price was the best I could find. Worth the money since I don't have to waste time passing out mallets after we set up instruments.

I ordered these for my second grade classroom and I love them. I was frustrated that my students were always searching for pencils in their desk. One minute they had a pencil and the next it was lost in the black hole that is their desk. I attached one of them pen pal holders on the top of each of their desks and now they always know where their pencils are. It's great! I tell them to park their pencils and they know exactly where it goes and it helps me monitor who needs to sharpen their pencils or trade them in for new ones. They stick wonderfully, you could stick them anywhere and they will stay. They are durable enough to hold up to everyday use by a second grader. I've only had to replace one all year! They are lightweight and made of a flexible rubbery material that is great for use anywhere in the classroom or where ever you need to keep a pen/pencil handy. They come in a variety of colors which worked perfectly for our classroom. I will definitely be ordering these again for next year!

My students and I love these! I put them on their desks after Christmas break. It's been almost 2 months and I've replaced maybe 5 pencils. Normally I'd have at least 5 kids a day looking for a pencil. I gave them 4 stars because right after I bought them, I went to buy some for a friend and the price went up. They were around $20 more than I had just paid so I didn't get them.

This is the best investment I have made as a teacher!!!!! I am in love with these pencil holders! Every year Itry to come up with a better solution for my kindergarten class when it comes to pencils. In the past, students constantly couldn't find their pencil or needed to sharpen pencils and it interrupted class time. This year I have not had one child lose a pencil and we hardly ever need to sharpen them because they are well taken care of in their holder when not in use instead of on the floor, lost in the desk, etc. where chances of breaking the lead are greater. My students automatically put their pencil in the holder as soon as their done and it's right at their fingertips when needed. It has save so much time and been a godsend! I recommend placing them at the top of their desks so you do not have to worry about them knocking the holders off with their arms or poor posture.

I teach high school math in a computer lab and have always supplied pencils for use in my room for the students that need one. Of course, I'd lose a few daily and that adds up quick. I put these pencil holders on top of the computer monitors so I can quickly check at the end of each class to make sure they're returned. Students will even remind each other to return them so that now I'm losing about 1/5 of the pencils I used to each week. Even when other teachers have used my class I don't lose more than one or two. The quality of the holders and adhesive seems to be good enough to last for at least a few years and with my purchase of 50 I have plenty of replacement holders available.

I use this in my classroom to help students organize their pencils on their desk. It is easy to stick to the desks. If students happen to rip them off their desk, I simply use super glue to stick the pen pal to their desk again. This seems to solved the problem for any students who can't help themselves from picking at things on their desk. I noticed that some students can rip the rubber off (but this seems to take A TON of effort to pull off the plastic on their desk).

Life Saver!
