5.0 out of 5 stars Simple concept that works well
(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } This was PERFECT for holding our DirectTV receiver and our Blue Ray player. The cable chase in the center could stand to be just a bit larger to allow all the cables needed in today's installations (in my case power was actually behind the TV so all power cables plus HDMI had to all go up to the power supply). Mounts easily and once equipment is on, it has a low profile. Simple and easy solution.
4.0 out of 5 stars Very strong and easy to mount on wall
This wall mount shelf bracket is very strong and easy to install on a studded wall plus it comes with the hard ware to mount it on other types of walls. The only problem I had with it was it seems to be slick the hard plastic or rubber grips on the arms don't seem to grab or stick to the item that I wanted to set on the arms, without additional help. I had to take some double sided sticky velcro to attach to device I wanted to set on the arms. The other challage was the cabe cover design doesn't work verywell either, but with alittle more velcro and an additional screw I was able to suite myself and support the cables and the device in such away that I didn't think it was going to fall off the arms and get damaged.
5.0 out of 5 stars solid solution to corner issue
I mounted a TV in the corker and then struggled to find a corner rack system. I saw this product and took a chance. I was able to mount it in the corner by using 5" screws and useingbthe supplied screws on the sides. The mount is solid, the wire management works an the shelves are pretty much invisible with the accessories on them. I got two and they stack well
3.0 out of 5 stars Terrible mounting hardware
Offset of cost an value is sub par. Spent too much money for what I got.
1.0 out of 5 stars Awkward
This is V-shaped and not adjustable. Will not fit cable boa unless you place a board or something which will span across the arms. The additional weight of a small board pried the anchors out of the drywall.I can no longer return the item, but this will not accommodate even a sound bar.Buy it, but not for sound bar or small cable units.
5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic
Not sure why this bracket was called terrible, because it's anything but terrible. It DOES require that you know how to read - the included screws are for wood and brick and are clearly identified in the instruction pamphlet as such. If you're going to do something different (like, I dunno, hang it on drywall) then you need to provide your own screws and newfangled drywall anchors.I have this hanging on drywall in a breakroom at my office and it works just fine there - there's plenty of weight on it too, check out my pictures. There are sliding rubber feet for traction that you can move along the length of the arms - it's a nice touch.I would have liked the coverplate in the back (that hides the bracket) to snap onto the bracket just a little more snugly, but that's only a problem when you're installing it. I was actually hoping to use it as a pseudo-wire channel but that was expecting just a wee bit much.If you're on the fence about this, go ahead and buy it - if you install it properly and have reasonable expectations about the weight you're going to put on it, then it'll work just fine.
4.0 out of 5 stars Not bad for the price.
Not bad for the price. The holes in the mount are structured in assumption that you have either a block or wooden wall with no regard for a normal studded wall, so I ended up only using 2 of the lags, but that works just fine. I've got my Xbox on it and didn't end up using the plastic cover as my device covers the mount just fine.
5.0 out of 5 stars does what is advertised.
Works awesome. I bought this to mount a PC build on my wall in my office. so far it works great and holds the weight just fine. I ended up cutting the arms to the length i needed.
Simple wall brackets
(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } We purchased two of these brackets after much deliberation because we had three small speakers, a dvd and skybox to mount on the wall below the tv. We only have a small space in the corner so all the ready-to-go shelves were too big. We wanted shelves the same size as the sky box - no bigger, but also one's that would swivel to angle every thing in the corner. We found the review very helpful (thank you!) that said you can cut the bracket and pop the plastic thingy back on and that's exactly what we did. We only needed to cut one side - furthest from the corner, so that every thing could be mounted at the same angle as the tv and it looks really neat. Obviously we needed to make a plywood shelf for the three speakers and it was easy to make one the same for the skybox with dvd on top. We could have got away with not using a shelf for the skybox but we mounted the bracket slightly too close to the corner. We feel it looks better with a shelf anyway and will paint them both black, the brackets line up nicely :)

Bin total zufrieden.
works well
very easy to install and looks great. just what I wanted.I had to grind it down at the ends as I didn't want it showing past the receiver but that's my personal choice and the rubber ends on the shelf covered the cut ends great
Good, functional product
This product is ideal for supporting amps, DVD Players, Sky Box etc.Construction is all steel, and feels really robust. All needed fittings (eg screws and wall-plugs) are included with comprehensive, easy to follow instructionsI purchased 3 of these and found that the covers over the screws stack together, so I was able to create a "tower" for the equipment I wanted to mount on it. the distance between the units if you stack them is 185mm - plenty of room for most equipment The brackets project 360mm from the wall, so are big enough for even some of the bigger amplifiers with space for the wiring behind them. The picture suggests that the arms of the bracket are telescopic - they aren't, (the piece in the middle of the arm and at the end are non-slip rubber fittings) but as already stated, they are long enough anyway.Very pleased with this product.
Bigger than it looks!
Bought this bracket to mount an XBox 360 on my partner's kitchen wall under the TV and above the table. It's perfectly adequate for that purpose, albeit with a couple of caveats.First negative - when the item arrived, the box was open at both ends, and the driver (very apologetically, but insistent that he'd received it in this state) handed me this and a load of loose parts that had fallen out. I pulled it out and did a cursory check that the wall fixings were present but didn't realise there is supposed to be another bracket to hold the plastic cable cover on, which turned out to be missing when I went to install the item.Although, from reading other reviews, the plastic cable guide doesn't seem to be much good anyway - with the Xbox and a Sky box on the bracket, it's not really visible and I've tucked the cables away in plastic sleeving so it still looks reasonably tidy. Still annoyed at receiving an incomplete item in an opened package though! Definitely not to Bolo's usual standards.Secondly - as others have stated, it's a LOT bigger than it looks in photos, especially in terms of how much it projects from the wall. As designed it would have easily been deep enough to support an old VCR or AV receiver - way bigger than what i needed. Fortunately being tubular steel it can be easily trimmed to size with a junior hacksaw. I lopped around 2" off each arm, replaced the end caps and now it's the perfect size. You do need a few DIY skills and basic tools to adjust it, but I suspect that anyone installing something like this, which requires drilling into a solid wall, will have a reasonable level of competency in that regard. Can't fault the build quality or sturdiness of the item as it seems quite capable of supporting the above items and then some. A lot will depend on the mounting surface - the usual precautions apply as when mounting any shelf or bracket. It's not the most attractive solution but it saves running long HDMI cables to another part of the room which would be necessary to conceal the equipment (and is arguably just as unsightly.)All in all it does what I need it to and at a reasonable price, which is about all you can ask for these days.
