Excellent corn flour
This is far superior to bleached organic corn flour. Love the texture it gives as a coating on chicken.
Great quality
As always the Bob’s Red Mill products are of a high quality. A nice fine powder with a neutral, mellow flavour. I add this to soda farl dough to diversify my dietary grain.

Thought it was something else
When I purchased this I thought it was thickening cornflour I had no idea you can actually buy flour out of corn I bought 2 packs now I have to find a way to use them never used this and I have so much of. My mistake I should have read it properly instead of assuming it was what it write it was
