I take Kyolic aged garlic extract each day. I am not a doctor but I think this garlic supplement helps reduce inflammation and improves my heart health. I feel better when I take this garlic and it makes my resting heart rate lower. I definitely recommend but please consult with your doctor on if this is right for you.

I've been a Nutritional Researcher for over 45 years. The science behind Kyolic Aged Garlic Extract (AGE) is incredible! If You're looking to take any aged Garlic product, NONE can compete with Kyolic! I take 2400 mg./day of Formula 200. I'm 60. If you're younger, 1200 mg./day will serve you well!

This is a good product. Contrary to some previous reviews, after a few days of use there is a slight garlic scent to the skin. And I do mean very slight. It’s almost imperceptible and others will not notice any scent. But you may notice. It’s not a big deal but it’s worth noting. Actually, it’s probably a good thing because it proves the pills are garlic as described. I would buy this product again

There is great research from Dr. Budoff at UCLA on the cardiovascular protective effects of Kyolic. My kids joke that I think this garlic can cure anything and they're sort of right. I wouldn't want to be without it!
