Big difference in how I feel
I’ve been suffering with an iron deficiency and just finished a 6 month course of ferrous fumarate which has brought my levels back to a low normal so by no means optimal. After a couple of weeks finishing the treatment I felt a lot of the symptoms I was experiencing before creeping back so I decided to buy this because I like the idea of it being a liquid. I’m a chronically ill person who has to take a lot of tablets daily so if I can have one less I’m going to. I didn’t expect to feel so different but I can really feel a huge change in my mood and energy levels since taking this daily and I’ve not been taking it for very long. Obviously I can’t say for certain this is what has caused the positive difference but I started to perk up a few days after adding this to my diet. I will continue to use this and update you the next time I have my iron levels checked as it will be interesting to see if there has been any changes!
