I use this as a spice along with turmeric in my cooking. The bottle is sufficient to last a long time since only a little is required and it works wonders for internal health. Being from India originally and now in the USA I have been eating black pepper in my diet for as long as I can remember. The spice is absolutely pure based on the aroma and is helpful with any digestive disorders as well as infections. It works as a natural antiseptic inside the body. Also relieved that it is USDA certified organic. Good quality product which is a must have in any kind of diet to help fight infections.

All of my spices are from SIMPLY ORGANIC! They have SO much robust flavor & they are so good for you! I use this pepper on so many things, like soups, meats, salads, vegetables, & more! Lovely black pepper. I made myself a couple of scrambled eggs (pasture raised eggs), sprinkled them with the black pepper, ate them and chased them with 1000 mg. of Turmeric. That should take care of my internal inflammation. I've read that black pepper potentiates Turmeric about 2000%."Simply Organic" spices are the best of the best. I love that brand.....
