I tried these when I was breastfeeding because I read that it helped some women produce more. It didn’t really do anything for me but I tried tons of things and nothing really worked so I won’t hold it against these pills. I did feel like my hair was shinier when I was taking them!

I just want to tell you what an incredible product this is. I had had upper abdominal pain and heartburn for a couple of months. Exactly one month ago, I mentioned it to my doctor on a routine check-up. He pexamined me and found considerable tenderness where I had complained of pain. Just to check, he ordered a blood test for h. pylori, a bacterial condition which is indicative of gastric ulcer disease. It came back postive, and he gave me prescriptions for two antibiotics. About 3 days later, I had a serious reaction to one or both, and then spent 24 hours puking like a sick puppy in the hospital. They finally got that under control, but my doctors said I should continue the antibiotics in spite of being deathly ill.They told me there was just no other way to heal the h. pylori. Well, I pray a lot, and I asked the Lord to show me another way, as I just couldn't see throwing up night and day for the next two weeks. I googled 'ulcer disease' and read about coconut oil, which contains caprylic acid and kills not only bacteria but also intestinal and other parasites in the body. I ordered a bottle and started taking 3 tablets a day as the label directed. I also got some Siberian Tiger Oil which I read would coat my stomach and make it feel better. I did not take any more antibiotics. I felt better after only 2-3 days. Within 10 days, I had no pain, no bloating, no gas pains, no heartburn, or any other type of digestive discomfort whatsoever. I went back to my doctor yesterday and told him what I had done. He was skeptical to say the least -- he said maybe it helped me feel better somehow, but he was certain I would still be positive, so he checked again for h. pylori. I tested NEGATIVE. He was amazed -- I am more than thrilled. I feel 100% better. As a result of this experience, I will continue taking coconut oil every day, because research proven it kills bacteria and parasites,and it also PREVENTS them. My grandfather will turn 101 years old in August. All his life he has been eating coconuts and bananas. They grow naturally where he lives. He is still mentally sharp, still drive a car and still healthy. Not even being in a room with people that had covid has phased him. So i heared the good and the bad of coconut oil, yet i see my grandfather has been eating it daily for 100 years. My grandmother made it to her late 90s and she only got sick when she moved to New Jersey and started eating our junk food. So I am a fan of this. I live in the States and hence I packed on a lot of weight. I had hypertension and high bad cholesterol. I decided to change things. I excercise (even if its just walking) for 20 minutes daily. In the morning I just take one serving of these pills along with 12oz of orange juice for breakfast and I feel full, for mist of the day and late afternoons, as a result I have lost weight. My BP is now normal, my cholesterol level now is normal, and i feel great. The horror stories I hear all seem to revolve around people over doing it. Anything in abundance is bad, even water. If you only do one serving daily, thats one spoonful. And you will reak the rewards and avoid the cons. Great product.

Amazing, great for dermatitis
Tried these as I have dermatitis on my scalp so applying coconut oil topically makes my hair look greasy. After taking these I can feel the difference in my skin, it’s moisturised and relieves my itchy scalp wonderfully. No flavour as you swallow them, they are rather large however because of the silky smooth capsules I find the really easy to swallow and great value for money as it’s a massive tub.

I use it to reduce visits to the bathroom during the night and it works for me
