Mechanics gold, my loctite lipstick, you can get some mileage from that joke, does the job without all the shaking the old bottle that’s settled out, no mess, no worries about falling over. Lasts as or longer than the small bottles. Very convenient for awkward jobs.

I love the stick. So much easier to apply. Holds just as well as the liquid stuff. It's a bit more expensive but the price of convenience is worth it to me.I care it in my saddlebag in case I (or a brother) have to deal with loosening fasteners.

I usually use liquid Loctite when securing screws, but if you've ever used that, you know it drips and is kind of hard to control...especially if you only want a small dab. This solves that problem, so that alone makes it a welcome addition to my workbench.
