I have tried a lot of wheat substitute pasta: most are awful and gummy. This one is just as good as the wheat based pasta. I had to get the package out and read it to be sure that it was gluten free! Now I can enjoy pasta dishes again! Try this, you will enjoy it.

My husband is wheat intolerant, does not have celiac's disease, but realized after years of thinking he had allergies, he was allergic to wheat. When we took wheat away, he can sleep at night, without having to take nasal inhalers.We've tried different GF pasta. Trader Joes has a wide selection, as other grocery stores and all are good more like a 4 rating, but the Bionaturae Linguine (and their other pasta) is really great. It cooks for a full 11 mins and does not fall apart. The flavor is great.Having tried this, and reordered it multiple times, we would order it even without the wheat allergy.

This is the best GF pasta I have tasted. You would not know it was GF. I wish it were thinner, like spaghetti, but the taste and texture are right on.

I've tried a lot of gluten-free pasta and this by far tastes better than others and its actually hard to tell the difference from wheat pasta. The key is to not overcook it.
