Rather than transfer the insert every time I changed shoes, I found and ordered the exact ones that she gave me. These have definitely helped with my back issues. This is my second order of these inserts.

This is the first heel lift I have ever used and I purchased these because my chiropractor used this particular one and told me I could purchase more on Bolo for other shoes. I might add more reasonably priced than what my chiropractor charged for it. The first mailing the package was partially opened and the heel lift must have slipped out in transit but they replaced it without charge. Seems to work well, doesn’t slip much even without adhesion.

I have Achilles tendinitis and was given a heel lift by my doctor. Just one. And it's Summer - so it got funky quick and a little bent from putting it in several different pairs of shoes. I was ISO a replacement and thought this would be it. I don't have wide feet but this small size is really small. I wear a size 7.5 ladies and even when I have it placed all the way in the back of my heels, there is still room. It might be user error (maybe I didn't read the size chart thoroughly when ordering), but unless you have extremely small feet, get at least a medium. Otherwise, this product has the same height, squish, material, and durability of the one I got from my doctor's office.

I've ordered these lifts three times now, and they are comfortable in all of my shoes. They stay put most of the time, and the price is reasonable. I recommend them as a quality product.

Got these because I bought a pair of P448s on clearance that I LOVE, but the insole that it came with was not right for my foot. Swapped out to a better one, but it was much lower in the heel and my ankle bones were rubbing on the shoe to the point the right one was bleeding. Popped one layer of these bad boys in each shoe and no more ankle bone pain. These are now my most comfortable pair of shoes that I love to wear! Such an easy fix, but a product I didn’t even realize existed before. So happy that I’ll never have to return a great pair of shoes again just because my ankle bones won’t cooperate!

After knee replacement I found my surgery leg was 1/2 in longer than my other leg so PT recommended shoe lifts for back and hip pain from being off kilter. These are the best I have found. They are the most comfortable and short enough in length not to interfere too much with arch support. The layers are so you can adjust height as needed and they can come apart after a lot of use or in sandals where your feet slide around more. To keep them in place in sandals you can put velcro on the bottom and on the shoe. A lot of lifts are quite hard and cause heel pain or are longer and interfere with arch support (tho work ok under the insole of a shoe.). They seem to last quite a while in most of my shoes. The only problem I have is that I really need 1/2 inch of lift and these are a bit less than that but for the comfort overall I prefer these to others I have tried.

Recommended by physical therapist to resolve gait issue due to half-inch difference in leg length. It worked and makes walking more comfortable. Most sneakers have removable insoles, so for a smoother feel and to keep the lift clean, insert it under the insole. I like that the lifts are made of natural materials instead of synthetics, although the leather and rubber have an distinctive "cobbler shop" smell that lessens over time.The lifts fit either left or right shoes. The small size fits the contour of the heel area in my regular width women's shoes better than the medium size. I've bought two 2-packs so far and plan to get more. I've used them in Kizik, Saucony, and Newton trainers. I have not used them in other types of shoes because I wear sneakers most of the time.

Took over three weeks to be delivered. I purchased this product based on the sizing chart given. I purchased a small one using their sizing chart. When it arrived it was extremely small as in a toddler size. Sent back immediately. Will not be purchasing again since I have no idea what size to actually order based on their sizing charts.
