A few years back my dishwasher was starting to show what looked like some sort of mineral buildup that made the wash basin of the dishwasher look particularly grey and grimy. Worst of all my dishes (especially my glassware) began to emit a not so fresh odor after I would pull them straight from the dishwasher after a cleaning cycle.These issues made me check on Bolo to see if there were any particular products that could provide a solution to the dishwasher problems that I was experiencing. The search engine took me right to Dishwasher Magic. I purchased a single bottle and I could not be more pleased with the results.The instructions are straightforward. Empty out your dishwasher, remove the cap to the bottle of Dishwasher Magic, verify the wax plug has not been broken or leaking, then flip the bottle upside down and place in the bottom rack of your dishwasher (I put mine in the utensil basket). Run some hot water from your kitchen sink and wait for the water to get hot. This guarantees that your dishwasher will be receiving hot water more immediately when turned on, which will make the wax plug in the Dishwasher Magic bottle disintegrate more quickly. Once that is done turn off your kitchen sink faucet, set your dishwasher on it's longest and hottest setting (for me I set the washer for "Pots and Pans"), then turn your dishwasher on and wait until the machine turns itself off.The results after my first use with Dishwasher Magic were pretty immediate. The basin which was once dark and slimy became clean and white, the interior of the dish machine brightened by this product. The cleaner did a terrific job breaking down the grime that had built up inside, and almost made my dishwasher's interior look factory new. As an added bonus there was a mild scent of lemon that emanated from the machine, adding an additional sensory confirmation of the device's new found cleanliness.The first real use of the machine after the initial cleaning cycle with dirty dishes gave positive results. No longer did I have tiny specks of grime laying on top of upturned glassware. No longer did I smell a not so fresh odor when I took a sip from a supposedly "clean" mug. All dishes looked great, smelled great, and all became right regarding my dishwasher.I have been using Dishwasher Magic for over three years and I suggest this product first to anyone who is experiencing any dishwasher woes regarding griminess and not so clean dishes from their current dish machine. I use a bottle once every 90 days and can probably stretch it out to four months between cleanings so a three pack probably can last you a year so long as your not doing heavy duty (daily) use. Highly recommended.

I have hard water and to be honest, I didn’t give my dishwasher the love it deserved and it got kind of gross and no matter what I used, it didn’t get clean so I tried this and it looks like a new dishwasher. I’m actually shocked at the difference and now it’s running better too, so I’m very happy!

I would have given this a 5 star review except one of the dishwasher cleaners is missing the inner lid and wax plug. During shipping it did leak due to the missing inner lid. I don't think this is against the seller it's more on company that makes the product issue. Other then that I have no issues with this order.

This is a great product. Cleaning the inside of the dishwasher isn’t always an easy thing to do but is something that definitely needs to be done. This brand is wonderful. I can trust this brand and know that it will reliably and consistently work, leaving my dishwasher smelling clean. You should definitely do this once a month or at least every other month.

This stuff is miraculous. It’s unbelievable how well this stuff works!! It is extremely rare for me to be a raving fan of a product, but this stuff is amazing.I just moved into a new house with very hard water. The previous tenant apparently never concerned themselves with mitigating the hard water buildup in the dishwasher. There was literally 1/16 inch of solid mineral deposit throughout the washing machine tub and racks. After a wash cycle my dishes were not clean looking at all.Before I found this stuff I used 2 gallons or CRL. I ran 6-7 cycles using CRL and vinegar and baking soda. Then I spent about 6 hours soaking the filters and parts of the racks in buckets of CRL and scrubbing every square inch of everything with a CRL soaked rag. All of this barely did anything. I saw maybe a 10-15% improvement. I was ready to forgo the dishwasher and washing everything by hand for good. Pulling “clean” dishes out of there was just gross.This washer was incredibly bad, but, JUST 1 BOTTLE of this stuff brought it to near perfect. Next I used the sponge and everything remaining just wiped off. It was like wiping a foggy mirror. I ran another bottle for good measure. I am not exaggerating it looks completely new, I could see my reflection in the stainless steel tub. This stuff is a mericle.I looked it up, it is supposed to be safe to wash dishes right after using this product. But I ran a rinse cycle before putting dishes in anyway.I didn’t really notice much of a scent afterward. There is a little of a “clean smell“. It completely neutralized everything and it definitely didn’t smell like chalk anymore.You do HAVE to be able to run it on a hot cycle.There is no way this product will let you down. I’ve never seen a more effective product and I looked hard and tried a bunch of things on this dishwasher.

I ordered a 3 pack and have used 2. I’m sure the dishwasher is clean, but it doesn’t look clean. I still have hard water stains.
Great Product
This works really well, dishwasher is shiny and new on the inside. A real winner. Just have to position it to stay upright during the cycle.

I have a 7 months old stainless steel dishwasher. Always rinse the dishes. Used this product but still had to clean the inside manually. Don’t feel it cleaned like it should. After cleaning it manually used another bottle. Will try to repeat monthly and see if it is more affective. Too expensive on-line.
