I purchased a set of these in February 2020 - I have used them numerous times for serving sherry, for which these are perfect. I forget where I found the caddy in the photos, but it was the ideal way to story the glasses for use.Probably one of the reasons why mine have been trouble-free (no chipping or other issues) is I hand wash them and handle them with care.Whenever I use them to serve I always receive compliments on my "exquisite crystal ware".

Sorry to say, I returned this item on 02/11/15 via UPS shortly after receiving it. The bottle I received was not as described. It had a square stopper not a ball as pictured and it did not fit the bottle at all causing it to fall out with the slightest movement. The bottle itself was nice but came poorly packaged,not enough packing material,and with grease marks on the box. I felt as though it was someone else's reject. I took a chance because the item was marked down..such a good price but too good to be true I guess.

Delivery is fast. It's the crystal wine glass I was looking for. It's pretty. It's not a high-end crystal, but it can be used comfortably in everyday life.

I love these flutes! They are inexpensive but feel & look great. A good solution if you want something elegant but don’t want to use your more expensive flutes. I had some difficulty getting the pattern I ordered on Bolo, but the company made sure I got the ones I wanted! You also get 6 flutes per set. I bought two 2 sets!

I retuned this set because the description is wrong; it comes with the decanter and a set of 6 2.5 oz liquor glasses, not the 9 oz wine glasses like it says. You can get that set but it runs about $100. Otherwise these are very nice. Very heavy and not easily broken, not cut crystal- but still sets a very nice table. I also got the champagne glasses which were very nice, and a set of the 2.5 oz liquor glasses which are rather large as a liquor glass, I ordered the 6 oz glasses but got the 7.5 oz. So beware, you won't get what's in the description. I wanted the whole set matching, oh well.
