I bought these because I have to eat more nuts to lower cholesterol. This is the only way for me to eat walnuts and chia seeds. Soak 2 TBS of chia seeds in 1/4 cup water. I use 1 package of instant pistachio pudding, 1 large can of crushed pineapple with juice, 1/2 container fat free cool whip, an 8oz bag of chopped walnuts. It's a healthier version of Watergate salad. No marshmallows needed. It's sweet enough and a healthy 1/4 to 1/2 cup dessert at night. I freeze half for the following week.

We do not eat it enough to buy 12 boxes. But it was not fresh when we got it.. for a recipe...probably throw out last 6 boxes. Never buy a large quantity again.

Tastes just like jello
Tastes just like the jello puddings but the page is deceiving, says one box makes more then it actually does, had to use 2 boxes just to get enough pudding for 2 banana cream pies where they made it seem 1 box would be enough but otherwise its a decent product.
