This is for my water softener system, but wrong size and damaged.

This order was fulfilled by Bolo. I don't know how automated fulfillment is, but when a 4' long box that contains a glass tube rattles - someone should have looked. The great news is that Bolo took immediate care of it - I notified them online that it arrived damaged - next day a UPS call tag was issued, the item was picked up and a day or so later the replacement arrived. The part is a 5 star part - I am only rating it less than 5 as a "person" should have never shipped the original in the first place.

The lamp replacement is working well. replacement instructions were clear. installation went well. The lamp is currently working and keeping our water free of bacteria and virus infectious agents. Good product.

Item works excellent but the photo shows the quartz glass also and it’s false advertisement. I thought it was a complete kit bulb and the quartz glass that goes around it .
