We've blended some of our favorite flours and a sprinkle of flaxseeds to create this wonderful mix. Besides making a basic loaf, also try this mix to make bread pudding, croutons, stuffing, or bread salad. All you need from your pantry is 3 Tbsps vegetable oil and 1 1/4 cups warm water. One 19-oz package makes one loaf.

I bought this because I wanted to make my own bread without all of the preservatives that's in store bought bread. I use this brand of oatmeal and it tastes clean and amazing.Hands down the best bread I have ever eaten. I cooked it in my bread machine and it turned out perfect. Of course I couldn't wait for it to cool off to eat it because the aroma in the house was wonderful. The smell matches the taste. I will be purchasing this again

I use it often with my “Bolo basics” bread maker. No issues with both of them. Bread is tasty, I adding dried plums for specific taste and flavor. It is absolutely better than the bread from the store and it is very easy to make.

Used this in my bread machine, just dumped the ingredients and let the machine do the rest. Used the wheat bread and 1.5 lb setting. About 4 hours later, a very delicious loaf of bread. Only negative is the cost, it's a bit pricey at about 6 dollars a loaf for a 4-pack. This is a good option when you need a good artisinal bread for a special occasion, or otherwise want to elevate an ordinary sandwich once in a while.

I eat a whole-foods, plant-based diet.I love multi-grain breads, but the commercial ones are terrible, so I make my own, which I hate to do.Even though breadmakers are out of fashion today for some reason, I get great results using this Bob's Red Mill 10-grain Bread Mix in my Oster bread maker.And I've found that this is the best (one of the only) mixes that not only works great in a breadmaker, it makes fabulous bread!I heat up some water, add some vegetable oil, a little orange blossom honey, and a pinch of salt, add the bread mix, add a package of fast-rising yeast (not the one that comes in the Bob's Red Mill package), and three hours and 20 minutes later, with no muss or fuss, I have an incredible loaf of bread!Makes the whole house smell divine.I've found that if I put the loaf in a plastic bag right after I finish baking it and keep it refrigerated, it will last over a week!Great for sandwiches and toasted. And it makes great croutons.I'm sad that this product is not available in any grocery or "health food" store, and I can only find it on Bolo or the Bob's company website, where it's frequently sold out.Thank you, Bolo, that I can find it here, even though it's pricey. (Supply and demand)And thank you, Bob's, for continuing to make it. Please market it a little better, so we can find it and buy it, and you won't need to discontinue it! (Heaven forbid!!)
