This dry pasta meets the standards for those tougher recipes. It has a good startch content for classic Italian sauces that are thinner and require the pasta startch to thicken it. The surface is rough grabbing the sauce creating a flavorful experience, an absolute must for made from scratch recipes. The size is perfect for that aldente bite and holds up well while being cooked.

I am a spaghetti head. I eat it for breakfast with turkey meatballs and marinara. I ordered this after looking for my " go - to " brand. This is it. I boil in salted water for exactly 11 mins , throwing in the meatballs while cooking. This is the best packaged spaghetti ever. Noodles cook a perfect al dente, taste is rich and consistent. I have already re ordered. LOVE!

Perfect taste, genuine Italian bronze-cut pasta. However, so I am disappointed that I only got one pack delivered, instead of 4. The description is misleading. It is a 16-ounce package (that is true, what it says it does), but also described as a "Pack of 4". I eventually spent over $10 for just one package (16-ounce) of spaghetti pasta.

I ordered a 4 pack of this stuff and absolutely love it. I hadn't heard of the brand before but decided to take a shot at it. Figured I couldn't go too wrong. It cooks consistently, has a great taste and texture, and definitely fills you up. They came well packaged and none were broken so that's always a plus.I will absolutely be ordering more of the spaghetti and looking at their other pastas to see what fun shapes I can find for other dishes.
