Then I thought of checking Bolo ! Yeah as the price was as expected and it arrived quickly! It’s a great product that we use in multiple recipes so I highly recommend The Hormel Turkey Chili no beans and recommend just ordering at Bolo to begin with.

Of course, any food product is a matter of taste. I really like the spicy sauce and the meatiness of the mix. I look forward to lunch when this is on the menu.

2024: This is my favorite chili. I bought it in 2022 the last time. I have one can left from 2022. I noticed that the Protein content has gone from 23g to 20g per serving and the fat content has gone way up from 3g to 11g. The fiber content is down but so is the sodium content. I hope it will all even out and still taste the best. The new facts are on the Bolo page but that isn't always right so I will have to see if my favorite chili still tastes like my favorite chili.I hope all the cans aren't dented again...I will update when they arrive.-----------------------------2022: I love this chili flavor when I make chili and spaghetti. I give the chili flavor a 10 out of 10.My order was a disappointment because five of the six cans were dented. Five of them were not dented too badly but one is dented pretty badly in two places near the bottom where the seam is in the can so I have thrown that one out.I will order from another seller in the future or just pay more at the supermarket and hopefully, they will be in stock.

I've been tasting all the canned chili out there. I had high hopes for this one since it's "Chunky Beef No Bean Chili". No pork, just beef. The problem is, as a couple of other people have pointed out, is the chili gravy itself. The sauce doesn't marry well with the beef chunks. The sauce has an odd non-chili flavor and a lot of thickeners that taste unnatural for chili. Someone mentioned Chef Boyardee sauce, and that's not far off the mark. There's something wrong with the sauce. There are plenty of beef chunks, but the flavor is a little off with them, too. It's canned, so I didn't expect a fully natural ground beef taste, and it's not. I have to agree with other reviewers that the regular "no bean" Hormel has better flavor. It's made with beef and pork, but the chili itself tastes better.I added a little chili powder (not too much, or it will get bitter), and cumin. I also added a small shake of Badia Sazon Tropical (red) and Complete Seasoning Completa. Even if you don't use the last two, you should try them sometime. Those two seasoning blends are fantastic. Just a small amount of each helped the chili gravy.I have to say, overall, I'm disappointed. There are better canned "no bean" chilis out there, but to be fair, they all benefit from a little doctoring too. I probably won't buy this particular version of Hormel chili again.

I love this chili, and am writing regarding the good deal I found on Bolo, Currently the case of 6 cans comes to more than $4 per can. At a local Kroger market I found individual cans at $4 a can. However, Bolo now has a case of 12 cans for $2.72 per can, so that is recommended.

Some Hormel Chille products I dislike. And some I love. I LOVE this Turkey one, may be their best value. Similar to the with turky with bean. A Good Eat by Itself.Where as the beef no bean, is not pleasant by itself, but problely OK for chilli dogs. Way different than beef with bean wich I love all versions of. Except the Chunky it has to much beans.
