Life savers , I only really wear thongs so I needed something that wasn’t too thin or too thick . These are perfect and I’ve been using them for around 2 years now . Perfect for being at the end of your period and you don’t quite need a tampon anymore . Or even if your flow is heavy and you want to make sure if you flow past your tampon your everything doesn’t get destroyed lol .

I like using this liner. I feel the wings can give the pad a little more support to stay in place. The only downside is that the adhesive isn't very consistent so sometimes they don't stick very well (sometimes, it seems like the adhesive gets stuck on the backing).

Doesn't stick on nylon thong
Please check you thong fabric material first before buying this - If it's NYLON then DON't buy as this product won't stick. Haven't tried on cotton yet, may work better if your thong's made of cotton.
