It's going to be tough for me to go back to other brands after trying this organic red miso. It's delicious and has a wonderful flavor that's on par with the best miso I've had in nice restaurants. The sodium content is through the roof, but it's absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be a repeat customer with this miso.

It packs a bit more flavor than the lighter white miso, so I use it when making dishes like heartier stews and sauces. It’s got a deep flavor and color, and it makes great miso soup as well, but it’s great with chicken and pork.

I love the umami-ness of this miso! It's rich and salty and wonderful. Just put a heaping tablespoon of it in a cup of hot water and you've got a hearty broth. It can be added to rice and veggies and soups as well. Healthy and delicious!

Unfortunately, it arrived with plastic container broken and some had leaked out. I think this is just a one off shipping problem. The miso itself is just fine. I transferred it to another container. No problem

The media could not be loaded. I ordered two and both seals are broken. Tried to return but says it’s a non refundable item so I’m out $30. If seal is broken I’m afraid to use. Not worth getting food poison over $30. Will not order again.

とても美味しい味噌でした。
大豆が国産ではない
天然醸造のお味噌を探していましたが、大豆がアメリカ産なのは気が付きませんでした。味は良いです。東北育ちなので、この塩味は懐かしい味です。リピはないかも。この倍以上の価格でないと無添加生みそ国産大豆は買えないのかなぁ。
