The bottle the pills arrived in does not have too much empty space. The cotton was sufficient to keep the pills from moving, even when the bottle is shaken violently. The pills appear not to have any surface defects. They seem effective, but there is no real way of knowing.I recommend these pills.

The tablets are round, easy to swallow, and are a great value. Normally any kind of B Complex vitamin gives me indigestion, especially if taken on an empty stomach. This supplement, however, is prolonged release which I think aids in preventing indigestion.I like the idea of the prolonged-release tablet because you are not getting an immediate "shot" of the vitamins, but you are getting them over some time.
