I love this cheese and have bought it twice now. But my complaint is that the packaging does not keep the cheese cool at all, and the shipping took two days. When it arrived, the cheese was warm.

If you like extra sharp cheese, you will love this cheese! This cheese taste so fresh and creamy to me. The shipping rates were unbelievably low compared to other companies. This cheese arrived in perfectly cold conditions. I highly recommend this cheese and the company that sent it.

My son loved the mature taste of this cheddar. So different from the mild cheddars only available where he lives in America. It was consumed very quickly and he wants more asap. A+ product.

This stuff was a real let down considering the other great, yet seemingly uninformed reviews. I found this cheddar to be lacking in flavor and mouth feel regardless of the teperature served. There are much better option available in aged cheddars. Kerrygod's own offering of the "Dubliner" would be far preferred over this lackluster chew.One positive note is that this cheese melts very well... kind of a mute point, and in my opinion, a total waste of time and money, when you consider the lack of flavor
