Nice belts, right price. It's a "fits all sizes" trio, so you need to cut to your waist size but it's not difficult. After cutting each belt color to your size, take a lighter of some type and heat the nylon where you cut. This will seal and protect the cut edge from fraying.

Pretty good. One buckle three straps. Two pro tips: 1) a bottle opener on the reverse side of the buckle (score!). 2) when you cut the belt, make sure to melt the end with a lighter to prevent fraying.
