Normally I'd give 5 stars in every category, because I freaking love this product! So I feel bad that I have to give low scores today! However, I just received my order this evening, was attempting to remove the plastic seal, and the dripper was either not screwed on very well, or something was up with the dropper lid in general - because as soon as I removed the perforated part of the plastic seal, the bottle and all the liquid came apart from the lid & went all over my wall and carpet! Moral of my story - hold the glass bottle part, or make sure the bottle and lid are tightly secured before holding only the dropper part of the bottle!This does not deter me from buying this product though! I definitely will continue to by this exact product (preferably before I need it) in the future! It really is a great product & has recently helped my Great Dane's incision/stitches heal nicely from a recent major surgery!
