My favorite and only pasta I eat. The spinach flavor is mild and discreet. What makes this pasta so good is its lightness, no wheat sensitivity issues unlike with other pasta. Also, it cooks fast, just about 5 minutes to perfection.

I grew weary of searching stores for this item and usually doing without it, so I finally ordered from Bolo...even though it required ordering six bags! We are a family of two. But I am glad I did because it keeps great and I love it!

I have these on subscription because I cook a lot of Italian dishes. These noodle noodles taste as good as homemade, if not better. My husband especially likes the wider noodle and it holds together well even when I’m making tortellini soup the taste is so good! I did find them in the local market, but they were more expensive than buying them on Bolo. They even really kicked my chicken and noodles up a notch.

I thought this was the same product I bought in the past. Either it’s not or the company changed it slightly. It still tastes amazing. It’s due to the strands being cut into smaller pieces vs. leaving them bundled in long pieces like most fettuccine is made. It’s also quite a bit more expensive than previously. For me, it’s worth it as I love spinach pasta and it’s not as easy to find as it used to be.

We love these noodles. We're trying to do a low carb "diet" and these are wonderful. They cook nicely, they don't stick like most pastas after cooking. We're definitely repeat customers for this pasta.
